Scholarships
The Enfield Rotary Memorial Scholarship Foundation, Inc., is offering scholarships to college students from Enfield who will be entering their junior or senior year in 2024, beginning or continuing post-graduate education, or entering their third or later year of post-high school education in an accredited institution.
The T. Tenerowicz Medical Award Scholarship is available to students currently enrolled in medical school studying to become a doctor, nurse or physican's assistant.
There is no age limit for applicants. Selection criteria include factors such as financial need, self-help activities, academic achievement, and extra-curricular activities.
Please see information on the Rotary Club's homepage. The application deadline is February 28, 2025. Recipients will be notified in April and the scholarships will be presented at a Rotary luncheon in June.

The Peace Studies Scholarship is to attend a Conflict Resolution from Religious Traditions course in Jerusalem. The English language course is open to Enfield residents enrolled in a minimum of 8 college credits in any undergraduate or graduate school program.
The course is administered by the Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and is conducted at Hebrew University in Jerusalem. It concentrates on the three monotheistic religions that originated in the Middle East; their coexistence, political, cultural, legal and religious interactions, dispute resolution, and the peace process.
