For the club to be able to apply for a Foundation Grant at least 2 members must attend the District grant seminar. Joe and Aimee will attend plus Kevin Mayo will also attend. Julie reported that last year’s grant project of a Garden Gate is ready to finish up before the May deadline. The Cinco K Mayo road race already has 2 major sponsors and 3 runners signed up. Every member should be promoting this event as it is our major fundraiser. We will be ordering the mobile Peace Pole. The Rotary Day of Service will be May 17th. We are exploring a joint project with the Somers Club. Aimee celebrated that on the last Rotary breakfast we set an all-time high for attendance with 12.
